Thermal oil circulation heating system

• By PID digital temperature controller with PT100 temperature probe and with motorized control valve / Pneumatic valve open and close movement, to control the suitable temperature in the heating chamber.
• Heat exchanger is adopted of fin type, the heat distribution dimension is big, heat storage is low, Heating and heat dissemination also spreads fast to keep steady temperature. Assures the fabric is under good thermo-fixing, to upgrade the quality.
• The highest temperature can be reach at 225 deg celsius to satisfy customer demands.
